- 1 cup Oil

- Yahkni as your requirements

- 1 kg Supreme Basmati rice
- 7 _12 Green Chilli
- 4 tbsp green chillies paste
- 1/2 cup Fry Onion
- 2 pinch food Zarda colour
Steps to make to make Chicken yakhni pulao
- Take a cloth and tie the Tezpatta, Fennel seeds, Coriander Seeds,Cumin seeds, Long, Javetri, Jaifel, Dar chini,Badiyan Flower,Black elachi, Green elachi, Whole black pepper, Salt, Ginger slice, Garlic, Onion slices in cloth.
In a cooking pot, chicken, Tie cloth and water 6 glass. - Turn on the flame. and boil until chicken gets done. When chicken cook done then Remove the tie cloth and keep the stock with chicken pieces aside.
- The 'yakhni' is ready.
In a cooking pot, heat oil and fry onions until light brown then take out and keep aside. Add cumin seeds, green chillies paste, yoghurt, then add chicken and cook atleast 10 mins then add yahkni in it. Also add salt in it and cover it to cook. - Take 1 kg Supreme Basmatti Rice and washed in tap water then soaked rice atleast 20 min. then add soaked rice, green chilli 12-15 in cooking pot and cover it to cook until water get dry.
- Then add zarda colour, fry onion in it and cook at low flame for 10 mins (Dum per pakayein). chicken Yahkni Pulao is Ready.
