- 1/2 cup chicken curry sauce (please see my Kerala Spicy Chicken Curry recipe)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 4-5 curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice/lemon juice
Steps to make malabar cotta parotta (scrambled egg sandwich).
- Prepare frozen parotta as directed. You can also prepare fresh parotta. Cut the parrot into small pieces and keep aside.
